Shop Policy

Shipping

Items will be shipped via Click Post (includes tracking, no insurance).

Please note: During holiday seasons (New Year, Obon, etc.), items may be shipped via Nekopos instead. If you purchase multiple items, they may be packaged and shipped separately depending on their size and shape.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons.

However, if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us via message within 7 days. We will address the issue as soon as the situation is confirmed

Handling and Care

Our items are crafted using a combination of sewing machines, hand-stitching, and fabric glue. Please handle with care, as excessive force or pulling during dressing may cause damage.

• Do not wash the items.

• Please be aware that dark colors may stain the doll’s body if worn for long periods or if the fabric gets wet.

Environment (Allergies)

While we share our home with cats, they are strictly prohibited from entering the workspace. If you have severe allergies, please consider this before making a purchase.

■ Restocks and Inquiries

Depending on the item, restocks may be possible. If you have any questions or custom requests, please feel free to send us a message.

■ For International Customers

We do not ship directly overseas. If you live outside of Japan, please use a purchase proxy service (such as Buyee, ZenMarket, etc.) to place your order.

■ Customs Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
